Questions about pricing.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The account starts on Trial, with 15 credits to try, once, no card. You only enter payment details if you subscribe to a plan.
What is a credit?
It's the unit the tools spend. A simple editor operation costs 1 credit; creating art and AI mockups cost according to the chosen model. The cost shows before you confirm.
What's the difference between Standard and Detailed?
Detailed uses a more faithful model for thin lettering and small details, and the piece comes out without a background. It costs 2 credits per piece and is available on any paid plan or with pack credits. Standard, at 1 credit, handles most artwork and is on every plan.
Do monthly credits accumulate?
No. The monthly allowance expires at the end of the cycle. If you need more, buy a credit pack.
Can I buy credits without subscribing?
Yes. The 80 e 250-credit packs have no monthly fee, including on Trial; while you have pack credits, Detailed, Vectorize and Upscale are unlocked. Subscribers pay 25% less for them.
What if the tool fails or I cancel?
When a tool fails, the credit goes back to your balance automatically, on any plan. In extraction, you're charged when each piece starts: whatever you cancel before it starts is not charged.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, no lock-in. Upgrading applies right away. Downgrading is scheduled for the next renewal, and canceling keeps the plan until the end of the paid month.
How do I pay?
Pix or card, through Mercado Pago. With a card, you pay on Mercado Pago's secure page and come back to StampLab. The subscription renews every month and the credit pack is a one-time purchase.
